More about Tukad Cepung Waterfall
Tukad Cepung Waterfall is definitely one of the most unique spots in Bali. With sun rays that beam through the falls, here’s everything you need to know. Located just outside of Ubud, we visited Tukad Cepung Waterfall before our trip to Tibumana Waterfall and it turned out to be one of our favourite waterfalls near Ubud. This epic waterfall has an adventurous, jungle like trail leading up to it and is famous for its crazy sun rays that shine through!.
Of all the Bali waterfalls, Tukad Cepung Waterfall was the most unique and magical one we visited. It’s becoming a hotspot amongst tourists, as well a very popular Instagram location. The walk to get down to Tukad Cepung was straight forward and easy enough. Although, unlike most Bali waterfalls, this one you had to wade through a knee-high river and over a few rocks to get there.
More about Ubud
Ubud is known to be the Cultural Heart and Center of Bali. Although this statement can be a bit of a controversy, Bali has many many places where certain arts and spiritual rituals are very strong and vibrant. But it is definitely the number one place where the culture and arts are easily accessible to the common visitor.
Nowadays Ubud is getting busier and busier with many going there for day trips and plenty of Asian tourist groups arriving in buses, hopping in and out of the countless little shops that line the streets of Ubud.
